Q: I have a latex allergy, and I have notice some reactions on my face. The label says rayon and polyester, but is it latex-free? Could be coincidence, but it doesn't say that it does not contain it.

Q: Does this sink over time? Meaning most memory foam, including mattresses, leaves an indentation after a while. I usually hate memory foam for this reason.

A: Yes it does sink over time but usually after a few years, the good thing about this memory foam is that it is completely washable so you can throw it into a wash. You can also replace the foam inside the pillow so when it does sink you don't have to buy a whole new pillow, just the filling.

A: The original was created to be a customisable alternative to the normal, every day, pillow. While the Eden was created for the hot sleepers, who required a pillow that is always cool and doesn't need to be flipped. Both pillows contain different fills.

Love these pillows!

As a side sleeper, I wasn't sure if this would be the right pillow for me, but it is even without adding or removing any of the included extra filling.

Just Right

I find that it’s much easier for me to get cozy and my fiance has been passing out and staying out. I may need to try one of the pillows that cools though, as I’ve always been a hot sleeper and it’s a little on the warm side.

The Search is Over
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side and back sleeper and tried out the crescent shaped pillow. The queen pillow is generously sized and I was concerned about having a pillowcase that fit, but my normal pillowcase (20"x32") fit fine. After fluffing the pillow in the dryer as recommended, it looked really big. First I took out a bunch of stuffing, cramming it into the bag that already had extra stuffing in it. Then after trying the pillow out I added some stuffing back in. I tried sleeping on the crescent side. It didn't take me long to flip the pillow to sleep on the straight side, which I like much better than the crescent side. It's only been a couple weeks and I already know my search for a new pillow is over. This pillow provides soft but good support when laying on both side and back. I'm very happy with it, just not the crescent shape, so I'm returning the crescent pillow and will buy the regular shape instead.

Nothing compares
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have a special carryon bag for our COOPS when we travel. It’s my go-to gift for family members too. Be sure to use the pillow concierge to get it just right. I needed to remove so much stuffing I could almost make another pillow! Prior to finding COOP, I had painful burning ears at night. I spent $$$$ and XXX reading reviews and trying different pillows only to throw them to the floor and sleep with nothing. I rarely feel the ear pain now and a slight adjustment to the COOP and a little jaw massage makes it all better.

The pillow of my dreams

I've had two neck surgeries so far. I removed some of the stuffing and it is perfect. I will be buying a second one as a back up!

Love it, but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pillow. It's light, easily adjustable, comfortable. However, I'm not as much a side to back, etc as I thought. I am trying the adjustable orthopedic pillow instead. The crescent pillow does flatten during the night where I need to readjust the foam. Not hard to do, but it's the middle of the night and I just want to get back to sleep. I think the ortho pillow with the neck roll will work better for my needs. But I still recommend the crescent. I like how the edges cradle the head so I can slightly turn my head to the side and it's supported. That said, that same part of the pillow providing support also keeps the covers from encircling my neck and shoulders allowing a bit of cold air flow onto my shoulders.
