Incredible
I was waking up with headaches from my old pillow, one night with this and no headache. It’s absolutely perfect. So comfortable and I’m so glad you can add and remove filling. The best pillow I’ve ever owned.

Good pillow
The Coop pillow is on the softer side. It does come with extra stuffing so you can customize the thickness. I like the concept but feel that the extra fill is a bit messy. When I unzipped the pillow, I had to watch to make sure none came out. For those who prefer this style of pillow, I would recommend it.

Unique pillow idea
I think this pillow is really unique and will work really well for many people. It wasn't the best for me, but I'm a really petite woman, only 5 feet tall, and need a flatter pillow to be able to sleep on my back. The pillow has a memory foam like core, and then you can customize each side with the amount of fluffy filling you want. This worked great when I slept on my side, but I usually roll to my back and ended up sleeping with my chin pinned to my chest because my head was tilted down so far. I think if I took all the filing out on one side and just kept a little filling on the other it could work. It's really well made in my opinion, felt like good quality.

Customizable
I got the Coop Home Goods Medium Premier Customizable Pillow to tailor it to my preferences. As a side sleeper, I struggle to find a comfortable pillow. After figuring out the level of support I needed, the pillow worked perfectly and improved my sleep.

My new favorite pillow
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review through the Hey, Bullseye program. This pillow is amazing and my new favorite! It is like a memory foam pillow, but squishier in a good way. Love that it has a zip so you can take out some of the filler, or put more in- which was provided with the pillow!

Comfortable
This pillow is awesome because I was able to customize the level of firmness. I prefer a firmer feeling pillow and I was able to properly adjust it for alignment and support. If you need a softer pillow, I would look elsewhere because this has a firmer memory foam core. This is definitely worth checking out if you are in need of a high quality pillow that offers adjustability for all night comfort.

Medium firmness quality pillow that is adjustable. This is a paradise of fluff
I really like this pillow, the outside is very smooth and made of microfiber. There Is a gusset around the edge. There's also a zipper and you can open it and put more filling in or take some filling out. It even comes with extra filling so you can add more. There is a layer of memory foam inside. I think that is sealed and you cannot access that. That part is firm. The filling is really soft and silky. It is really nice quality and comes in a nice bag. It's also great for side sleepers, I have been using it sort of like a body pillow. I would highly recommend this pillow. Also, there is no smell when you take it out of the package. I did receive this in exchange for my honest review.

Big hit at our house
I got this for my boyfriend, he absolutely loves his new pillow. It’s standard queen size pillow. He was absolutely thrilled that you could create your own firmness and that it’s came with extra fill.

Very comfy pillow
This is a very comfortable pillow. It comes with extra filling so you can make the pillow firmer by adding filling or softer by taking some out. The outside is very soft and it comes in a nice carrying case.

Perfect support
This pillow is perfect if you are like me and usually sleep on two stacked pillows. The extra filling that is provided plumps the pillow to just the right height while still allowing your neck to be properly supported. And if you prefer a flatter pillow, the filling is removable. (Also the filling is impossibly soft and I wish I had an entire blanket made of that material!)

Good Concept
I wasn't a fan of the feel of the pillow, but that may just be because i prefer feather/down pillows. I love the concept of being able to make the pillow softer or firmer and there is even a number to call to get expert assistance, though I’m not sure what you would ask, but I think it’s nice to have that level of customer support. Very nice packaged. If you like down alternatives. I would definitely give it a try.

Great customizable pillow!
This pillow is great! I love that it comes with extra stuffing to add to remove for the wanted level or firmness. I only had to add a little bit more stuffing to the pillow to have it to my liking. It fits in a normal pillowcase perfectly, which is a huge plus!

Really comfortable!!
I think this pillow lives up to the hype! I love how customizable it is. You can unzip the inner lining and remove or add the memory foam until it feels just right, whether I’m on my side or back. The pillow itself is pretty supportive but still soft and comfortable. It doesn’t go flat overnight, which is nice. I did notice that I feel a little warm compared to a down pillow. And it does need to be fluffed every so often to keep its shape.

What a mess!
Cool concept but not great product. I thought this was a great idea but it was a huge mess and we just couldn’t get the right feel and now it’s a lumpy pillow. It’s a lot of work to get the right fill for you, when you can just buy a pillow and no figuring it out and mess.

Make it fluffy or firm
I've struggled with pillows for decades. I'm a very active sleeper and usually wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders from tossing around. I've tried my pillow, memory foam and even going without a pillow. Typically I cycle though my collection of pillows every few weeks. This coop pillow though... I've been using it for a month and still haven't changed it out. It comes with extra stuffing so you can make it firmer or softer. It washes well and didn't shrink the stuffing. It's got a solid memory foam core so unlike my pillow, you don't have to keep shifting the innards around. I'm still an active sleeper, but I don't wake up sore. I definitely recommend this pillow.

Customizable Pillow
I love the Coop adjustable pillow because it includes a pack of extra filling in case you like a firmer pillow! Having the ability to customize your pillow to your needs is amazing!! I love that it's a combo of down alternative AND memory foam. It create such a nice, relaxing, supportive pillow. You can't go wrong here!

Lovely pillow
I love the feel of this pillow. It’s soft and cool. I am a stomach and side sleeper so I prefer a flat pillow. I have not used any of the full due to this, however I did open it up to feel and it is soooo soft!

Conveniently customizable
This pillow is very nice, soft and more dense than our past pillows, it settles into a more comfortable shape over time. The stuffing was too dense for comfort for me, but my husband enjoys it, and it’s nice that it’s customizable so we could adjust the thickness as needed.

So thin not worth the price
I ordered medium firm, which I expected to be thick and supportive for a side sleeper. However it had a one inch thick piece of foam, and a few handfuls of fiber fill around it. It is soft, but has no support at all. And they give you a box of "extra fill", which was only another handful and SO messy to open the pillow and try and stuff this in. I had fibers covering everything. And the pillow is still much too thin and soft. I think the price is for the elaborate packaging, not much went into the actual product.

Want a good night sleep?
This pillow is wonderful. It has just the right firmness. The stuffing is well distributed. And if I want to make it firmer, the pillow comes with two zippers so you can adjust the firmness and distribution. It comes with extra stuffing. The material is soft and comfortable
