Upon receiving the pillow, I followed instructions to put into the dryer to fluff out. That worked well. Pillow was generally comfortable but smelled bad. That was a distraction the entire night and I woke to the smell several times. Returning the pillow.

I just wish you would make a specialty fabric pillowcase to fit it. I ordered the Cool Side Pillowcase that goes with it but it's not really a pillowcase per se, but more of a cover. I do love the cooling effect it has. A fabric pillowcase would probably ruin the cooling effect but it would look better on my made bed. Love the pillow though!

I'm not sure I'll be keeping these pillows. I bought one cooling pillow and one crescent pillow. For the price, I think I expected them to be magical. They are not. The cooling stays cool about 5 minutes. I've added and removed stuffing from move, and I can't seem to find the right height/fill. I had a headache the first three nights I slept on them.
