Serta Medium Triple Layer Comfort Gel Memory Foam Pillow

This is not made by Serta. It's made by FXI and has a chemical smell to it.

Smelled bad from the packaging, chemical like smell. Comfort was ok for 20 bucks. Design was pretty. Had to return due to the smell.

This pillow is great if you like firm pillows. I found this pillow at a big lots a long time ago and needed a replacement. They do not disappoint.

This is an amazing pillow! My neck has issues from a long ago car wreck so I have to have support from my pillow to not wake up in pain, this one is perfect! The right about of support and softness all in one! It has a gentle sinking feeling when you lay on it but adjusts comfortably to your perfect position for sleeping on your side or back.

This pillow is the best! It is super soft but still firm. It holds the shape well. It is super comfortable on my neck. I sleep on my back or side and my neck is in a good position. I will be getting more of these.

Honestly i prefer more low profile pillows but surprisingly i actually really like this one. Its super fluffy / comfortable. Not too soft, but not too firm either. Just the right amount of give. Im an all sides sleeper. Side. Back. Stomach. You name it i do it lol this definitely worked for me in all positions.

This pillow is quite comfortable! As someone who sleeps on both my side and back, it’s sometimes difficult to find a pillow that doesn’t end up causing neck or shoulder pain after prolonged use. I’ve been using this for almost a month and haven’t had any issues. The construction is two foam rectangles with loose foam between them. I kind of wish there was a zipper to get in and fluff the material when needed (I had another memory foam pillow that was just loose bits of foam and it eventually flattened out and I couldn’t effectively fluff it). The cover is comfortably quilted and breathable and can be removed. No problems with overheating so far, but the real test will be sleeping in the summer. Overall, I’m very pleased with this and might buy another for my husband.

I received this pillow for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I was so excited to get this because I am looking for THE pillow. This isn't the pillow for me. It's good quality, but I think it's more for those that sleep on their backs and I'm a side sleeper. The morning after using this pillow I woke with a sore neck. But if you ever got in a pillow fight with this pillow, I bet you would win for sure!

Very very pleased with this pillow. Originally I thought it was going to be too firm but it ended up being exactly what my neck needed. After a week or so I no longer wake up with neck pain! Definitely recommended trying if you have neck pain.

This thing is like a brick. I don't like it. I noticed it was super heavy when I received it, but it seemed to fluff up a bit over the next few hours. When I lay on it, I don't think my head makes an imprint. It's the firmest memory foam I've ever seen. Super uncomfortable.

This pillow has definitely been one of the most comfortable pillow I have had. It's so soft and cushioned and triple layered it seems to cup around your head for a comfortable nights sleep. This pillow has definitely helped me wake up more refreshed and rested.

This pillow is very comfortable. It’s on the soft side but it’s supportive at the same time. Your head sinks into it but it gives resistance and feels nice on your neck pressure points. It springs right back up after being pressed down on too. Seems to be good quality and built to last a while.

This pillow is way too tall and thick. It just wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t feel good to lie on, no matter how I tried to position it. It also had a super strong chemical smell when I took it out of the packaging. I let it sit out for a couple days, but the smell still stuck around. Just not a good fit for me and definitely not something I’d want to sleep on.

The Serta Triple Layer Comfort Cooling Pillow has made sleeping a pleasure over the last two weeks. As a back and side sleeper, I was looking for a pillow with good support that wouldnt overheat throughout the night. This pillow has a breathable patterned layer that allows for breathing, and although the pillow felt a bit heavy to me, initially, I find it very comfortable. This pillow feels medium firmness to me (my preference) and I have woken up feeling refreshed and well rested since using it. The pillow feels sturdy and well made.

Super great pillow for all sleepers! This cooling pillow has been great for sleeping on my sides and back. It has a great zip up cover to allow for washing the outside when needed. The pillow gives ultimate comfort and great sleep

This is a Serta brand pillow. My husband and I are stomach sleepers so it is too firm for us. I do like the cooling feature (the inside is blue). It will be a good guest pillow to keep in the house...

This is a great pillow. I had been in need of a new one but hadn’t gotten around to it yet as I’m picky about pillows. I was a little nervous with out thick this pillow was, but I have broad shoulders and tend to sleep on my side so this works perfectly for me. Definitely had some good nights sleeps on this since I got it!

This will get you the good night's sleep you have been waiting for. This pillow is firm, but soft enough to mold to your head and neck. It's like having a memory foam pillow without the price of a brand name.

This triple layer comfort pillow is a nice addition to our bed. My back-sleeping husband has been using the pillow and says that he'll continue to use it. It's very comfortable. He wishes that it was a little bit thicker so he wouldn't need two pillows to elevate his head. It keeps his head cool at night without overheating. Easy to put an standard size pillowcase as well.
