App Needs work
The app really needs some work. Total cook timer needs to be added. More meat customizations are also needed, with the ability to adjust the temperature in a custom cook.

Useless
My wife bought me this for Christmas. Absolute garbage. I can be 5 feet away from it and close the oven door, lost connection. Use it on the BBQ and close the lid, lost connection. It was past 90 days when I finally got to try it, so couldn't return it to Canadian Tire. What will Ninja do?

Not impressed
The first night I bought this thermometer I used it on the Turkey I was roasting. It told me that the turkey was done when it was still raw. Very disappointed. Will be returning

Too Much Work to Get Device to Work
This device is very frustrating to use. Every time I try to use it, something goes wrong—the app has logged me out, the battery is dead, or the device won’t connect to Bluetooth. For a product that’s supposed to be convenient, it takes way too much effort just to get it working. The app itself is clunky and unreliable. Overall, the usability is poor and it’s far from a simple “pick up and use” device. No way to get instant support that actually helps. Better off looking elsewhere.

Good, not Great
I really like this wireless thermometer. It gives accurate temps. I’ve confirmed this with other thermometers. The app is very user friendly. I especially like the estimated time remaining feature and the ambient temperature feature. I only give it three stars because it is missing features which I think could take it to the next level. 1. The option for a declining alarm. After making pulled pork, or other long cook meats that require a rest period, it would be nice to adjust to a low temp alarm to see when the meat has dropped to a good level. 2. WiFi connectivity or optional WiFi bridge. If I have to leave for a short period of time, it would be nice to still be able to monitor temps.

The probe that saved Thanksgiving
Bought this for the thanksgiving turkey and once I figured out the perfect placement it worked like a charm. The turkey was so moist because I knew exactly when to pull the old bird out of the oven. I would definitely recommend (especially when it's on sale)!

Worst Item Ever
Absolutely useless. Ended up throwing them away after a year of trying to get them sync with the app. Have to keep the stupid base nearby the thermometer. Thermometer rarely registers with the app. Worst item ever from Shark.

Great wireless thermometer!
Already had another brand wanted to try the Ninja ProChef™ Wireless Thermometer and boy I'm glad I did. It is now my go to wireless thermometer. It works great and has saved us from a dry turkey or roast beef a few times.

Would not recommend
I own almost every ninja product available and this is the only one I think is awful. The hole that it leaves in the food is gigantic. It needs batteries more often than any other device I have ever had. The app frequently doesn't work. If you walk too far away from the probe with your phone or the base it doesn't work. Im a huge ninja fan but this product just isn't it.

Doesn’t work right
Definitely does not work. Kept hitting temp way too quickly, despite being inserted correctly. Didn’t get to use it right away after buying so now we can’t return. Love our Ninja Crispi, but thermometer was a bad purchase.
