Sam and Ian deliver a slow-burn office romance that builds with teasing tension, witty banter, and just the right amount of spice to keep the pages turning way past bedtime. That said, I was deep in the angst and loving every minute—until the ending came a bit too fast for my taste. After all that delicious buildup, I wanted a little more emotional payoff before the curtain closed. Still, this was a fun, flirty, steamy ride I’d recommend to anyone who loves best-friends-to-lovers with sass, steam, and a side of chaos.
