Q: How to remove the mop head

submitted by Kjohn - 3 months ago
  • A: Thank you for your question Kjohn. To remove the mop refill from the head, simply spread out the fibers around the red triangle head, step on them, tilt sideways so your head is not on top of the handle and pull on the handle. That should help! Do not hesitate to visit our website for the Q&A section for great videos if needed.

Q: Do I wash these mop heads with detergent or just water?

submitted by Caroline - 6 months ago
  • A: Hello Caroline, to answer your question yes you can use your favorite detergent to wash the mop heads. We do however recommend not washing with fabric softener or bleach as this can damage the microfiber. Once washed, lay flat to dry in a well ventilated area, do not machine dry. If you have any more questions, we are here to help!

Q: Will this mop head fit and work on the regular easy wring step bucket?

submitted by Danyell - 5 years ago
  • A: Hello Danyell. The refill is not compatible with the original EasyWring. While the refill in it's entirety is the same size as the original, the plastic triangle is smaller and will not fit.
