Description
Beer for Lounging uses only American Cascade hop which sparked the rebirth of craft beer over 50 years ago and reintroduced multiple generations to flavorful beer! Through our use of whole cone Cascade hops, our American pale ale achieves a perfectly balanced hop character by utilizes a method called hop backing, which runs hot, but not boiling, beer wort through a bed of whole cone hops. The elevated heat removes almost all the grassy hop oils so only the more subtle hop oils especially those expressing grapefruit and pine. This means Beer for Lounging is less intense than your typical IPA for those who prefer nuanced flavor over a mouth full of grass.
