OK

Installation was quick and easy. Not a lot of water pressure (not practical for trying to rinse shampoo out of thick hair), and shower heads seem too heavy for the mount to handle. The shower heads keep drooping, even after tightening the mount several times.

Hello, and thank you so much for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your Delta product. This unit is water efficient, meaning it is designed to flow at 1.75 gallons per minute at 80 PSI. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us back. Provides for the price!

Very good unit. Unfortunately the shower head does not have the same output power as the shower head on a rope, so to speak. Fix that so the single position offers the same power as the 'anywhere I want to spray' shower head and you have a winner!

Hand Shower Unit Installation Instructions

I bought this "Peerless" hand held dual shower unit. It's a very good product. One problem detected. Instructions for installation doesn't illustrate where the control knob is for alternating shower heads. It would help if instructions would say examine all parts before attempting to install. Knob located on left side of main shower head. It took me three days to locate this switch.

Double headed shower. Works fine for the price. The massage function feels nice on my back. Not too hard.
