Where are the instructions for assembly?

NO instructions for assembly were included with the bed. Tried to find them on the internet - could not find them in time for assembly. Very disappointing.

This bed is not all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is not all solid wood as advertised, the majority of the footboard is MDF which is extremely disappointing. Additionally, the interior wood slats are WAY too far apart, 9 inches of separation, to properly support a mattress they should only be 2. 5-3 inches apart. I had to go to Home Depot to buy additional slats, which is the last thing you want to do after spending so much time putting a bedframe together . The only reasons I'm not returning it is because I put the bedframe together all on my own and I'm proud of that feat and also don't want to pay the $99 restocking fee.

White wood Queen size bed frame

Queen size white wood bed frame I bought this as a wedding gift for my Grandson. They had one chosen on IKEA that looked similar but had terrible reviews so I searched for a better option and found this one. They were so excited and pleased by it he upgrade in quality. Also had good delivery and shipping - I would use Pkank & Beam again!

This is a good solid bed. My husband assembled it alone with no problem, but he is pretty handy. Shipped in a good timely manner. The only complaint I have is that the wood slats are pretty far apart. Most mattresses require the slats be no more than 5 inches apart. These are closer to 10 inches. My husband bought a sheet of plywood to put down on top and it works perfectly. We are happy with the bed.

Problem with headboard

Overall, the quality of the bed was as or better than expected. However, the assembly was marred by ill-fitting slats in the headboard. The holes for the slats were at inconsistent depths, causing the slats to not align properly, and the side pieces to not align with the pre drilled holes. I had to leave our second home, cut the slats to fit properly on my radial arm saw at home, and drive back to finish assembly a week later. This was very disappointing and a terrible inconvenience. This should be a very basic quality control check.

Mom loves her new bed frame, the color, the fact that it is solid wood and Plank +Beam has gotten in the nightstands and 3-drawer dresser that matches so we have ordered those pieces to finish out her bedroom suite.

Overall, I like the bed, but it is very difficult to assemble because the wood for the frame doesn't come with pre-drilled holes to fit the screws. Instructions are okay, but you need a drill to make it work.
