Great deal for a game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a perimenopausal 40 something.. I will always look for a supplement to try first before moving on to prescriptions. This has left more energy throughout the day, better mood, seemingly even better sleep; less fatigue, inflammation and anxiety. It's gluten free too! The packaging is rather basic but the product is a great value at a low price point and a 4 month supply in one bottle.

Many benefits, no side effects for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to take pregnenolone years ago and was not sure why my doctor recommended it. Now I read it can help with hypothyroidism, so I am glad to try it again. Also, it may help with inflammation, which is also a plus for me. The size of the tablet is nice, not too large. I like that the bottle isn't twice as tall as it needs to be too.

Third party tested and overall hormone health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking pregnenolone for a few weeks now, and so far I’m cautiously optimistic. I can’t say I’ve had any dramatic overnight changes, but I’ve noticed a subtle difference in my overall mental clarity and ability to handle stress. My mood feels a little more balanced, and I seem to have an easier time staying focused throughout the day. I am on other medications for it so be careful and talk to your doctor before starting a supplement but due to my age I thought this would be a good one. That being said, it’s still early, and I know supplements like this can take time before the full benefits kick in. I haven’t had any negative side effects, which is a big plus. For me, it feels like it’s gently helping in the background rather than being a quick fix. Overall, I’d say pregnenolone is worth trying if you’re patient and consistent. I’ll be continuing with it and I’m curious to see how the effects build over the next couple of months. I also really like that it’s third party tested.
