Inconsistent
Every few months, Pringles change. The texture, the taste. It's the most inconsistent snack. A year ago, they were too greasy and salty. A few months ago, they were too crumbly and brittle. This month, they are stiff in an unpleasant way and the taste is oily. Less flavor somehow. If you miss the Pringle quality of your childhood, find imported ones that were made in Korea or Japan ones. They're still like the early 2000s kind and wayyy better quality, taste, texture, etc. We are too willing in the US to accept declining quality while paying more.

Everything was put it a box together with no packing stuff. The chips and other things were completely distroyed.
It was shipped because the store was out. When I received it the container was open and chips were everywhere in the box. Don’t let them shop these to you.

Zero taste
I just bought pringles for the first time in a while and was very disappointed. They are literally tasteless. They used to have a unique, great flavor, but that's gone. Why take a good product and make it bad? Makes no sense.

I really don’t like the changes you made to the chips. I hate the lack of salt and am actually going to stop buying them. Maybe you should consider a low salt version and bring back the old recipe as well.
