They’re super comfortable, breathable, and feel just like regular underwear—no bulky layers or stiffness. Perfect for light days or as backup with a cup or tampon. I really appreciate how they stay in place and don’t feel damp or uncomfortable throughout the day. Plus, they look cute too, which is a nice confidence boost during that time of the month. They fit well, and while I wouldn’t trust them alone, especially on a heavy day, seem effective enough for light wear. I will say if you wear them to work out, you need to change immediately, they are super absorbent, so they wick up any sweat/odors. 4/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great option to use if you are going to an event and don’t want to wear a pad that shows through from your dress/pants. I wouldn’t recommend using it on the heavy days or if you are out for long hours as it’s not too hygienic. It’s very comfortable and absorbent. I used it a couple times if I was out for a couple hours and there was no leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medium pair of Proof light absorbency underwear fit perfectly. I like the nude color and was suitable for the beginning of my cycle and the end of it. Those are the lightest cycle days so it absorbed just enough. I didn’t have any leaking on to my clothing. You do have to wash them often to reuse but it’s a nice change from feminine products that are wasteful and costly over time. Great pair of underwear that I’ll be using again.

Not a fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this period underwear but they just didn’t work for me. I was intially surprised at the sizing because I was expecting them to be bigger especially if they’re meant to be worn and absorbent through your cycle. The material also felt like swimsuit fabric and I wasn’t a fan as it’s not breathable (and could lead to issues with sweating/odors for some people). I think they could work for lighter flow days but I definitely wouldn’t count on these to be leak proof during your period.

I used it during a day of moderate flow and it perfectly fulfilled its purpose: it kept me dry, comfortable and safe for hours without the need to use another towel. What I liked the most was the design: it feels light, it is not noticeable under the clothes and the crotch material is absorbent but not uncomfortable or thick. Despite its delicate appearance, it offers excellent protection against leaks. In addition, it is very easy to wash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these panties! I love that they are thongs instead of bulkier panty styles. They are extremely soft and comfortable and super lightweight. I tried this out on a light period day and I can say it is quite absorbent. I will be repurchasing since I would like to have multiple on hand because now that I’ve used period panties I don’t think I could go back to other period products that are so wasteful. However, I wouldn’t recommend the thong style for someone with a heavier flow since I cannot speak for the durability or absorbency for someone with a heavier period.

Decent underware

But that won't stop me from wearing them! I would rather wear a thong than to deal with the embarrassment of leakage! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit true to size, and are comfortable while also showing no panty lines. I would use them on lighter flow days when I want to be more active, as opposed to heavy flow days. I love they are so easy to wash and machine washable.
