Q: Why is the quality so poor that you've had to send a new frame (the first one broke) and a new top of the cabinet (which arrived cracked)? What are the next items to fail on this bed?

Disappointed with Murphy Bed Chest

I had high hopes for this Murphy bed chest, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. I would return but it seems like a hastle at this point

Attractive Design and Compact

The design is quite attractive and fits well in my guest room. It's compact and doesn't take up much space when folded up, which is a big plus. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, although it did take a bit longer than anticipated. However, I found the mattress to be just average in terms of comfort. It's adequate for short stays, but I wouldn't describe it as plush or luxurious.

Fantastic Find

Wow, what a fantastic find! This Murphy bed has completely transformed my spare room into a multifunctional space that's both practical and looks great. The design blends with my existing furniture, but the walnut finish looks different in person compared to the images online

Like It but Don’t Love It—Finish Issues and Quality Could Be Better, Comfortable Enough

Like it but don’t love it. The finish looks bad in some spots. Overall the quality could be better for what I paid but it works and is pretty comfortable to sleep on. I am going to touch up the paint myself.

Exceeded Expectations for Comfort

What really impresses me is how comfortable the bed is. I was hesitant about a chest bed like this even being comfortable, but it's exceeded my expectations. Guests have slept on it multiple times and all rave about how comfortable it is.

Best Guest Bed!
