The Rawlings 10" FPX Fastpitch Softball proves that a better ball can lead to better performance. The FPX pink and yellow softball features RIF technology and a soft polyurethane core to deliver an incredible feel and help reduce the severity of impact that can lead to injury. Ideal for young Fastpitch players under 8 years of age, this training softball additionally offers a Pro-Tac synthetic cover and black stitching.

I thought this would be softball size, it is baseball size

I the past I purchased a softball in the store, it was quite a bit larger than this ball. This ball is excellent quality, however I would call it a baseball and not a softball because of its size. It may be softer than a traditional baseball, but it is definately smaller than any other softball I have used.
