About the Book

Book Synopsis

Find inner peace in the middle of life's chaos when you discover what it means to "rest in Jesus."

Resting in Jesus is a transformative 30-day journey into the heart of finding profound peace in Christ by letting go of the chaos of daily life.

In a world constantly buzzing with notifications and overflowing with responsibilities, the simple act of finding rest in Jesus can feel like a big task. We often feel pressured to be constantly productive, fearing that we might miss out or fall behind. Yet, the biblical example of Mary and Martha teaches us that God understands our struggles and gently redirects our priorities.

This devotional is your guide to discovering the art of being still before God, allowing you to release your worries to the One who truly cares for you. You'll take a journey with Mary and Martha as they face daily distractions, work, and suffering in the presence of Jesus. His response to both their fears and their faith will give you insights into how you, too, can find perfect rest in His presence--especially in the midst of life's demands. Each daily entry features:

• A Scripture verse from the life of Mary and Martha
• A short devotional
• Reflection questions with journaling space
• Additional Bible verses to meditate on
• A guided prayer to help align your heart with God's
• A 'Moment to Breathe' section that helps you calm your heart and visualize yourself at the feet of Jesus, ready to receive His wisdom and mercy

Resting in Jesus is a perfect gift for friends and family for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year's, or any special occasion to help remind them of the rest and peace they have in Jesus.

This devotional will inspire and transform the way you approach each day, and it is your invitation to find inner peace in the midst of life's chaos.
