Cute & functional

The functionality is great and I like that the sides fold down conveniently! This table seems very durable and sturdy as well. I’m very happy with this table.

Its a great size, especially if you live in a small apt. Not too big or too small. The side fold which makes fit perfectly in any corner, out of the way. Love the color. Well made, pretty heavy. Beautiful and easy to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ROME + OAk Hinged Drop Leaf Dining Table in Brown is beautiful. The color looks like walnut. It was very easy to assemble and it isn’t very heavy, I could flip it over on my own. The sides are easy to put up and down though the mechanism is very simplistic and does not lock into place. I am a little concerned my curious kids will mess with it and accidentally drop a leaf down. So I will be careful what I place on the table. I am also disappointed to see that there are already scratches on the table top. It hasn’t even been put together 24 hours yet. I suspected the scratches are from toy cars driving across the wood. So moms of small boys beware. The scratches aren’t deep so I am hoping they aren’t very noticeable. All in all, I am very happy with this table and will get much use out of it. It is a great size for two people but can fit four. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Perfect table for smaller units!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dining table is perfect for those getting a starter home/apartment! This was incredibly easy to setup it took less than 10 minutes. I love the fold down leaf to help save on space espeically if it’s not used everyday. This can comfortably seat 4 and is great for dining use or as a game table! For the most part it’s pretty lightweight yet sturdy at the same time and looks perfect in my home!

Nice look - disappointing quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was invited to receive and review this Rome + Oak Hinged Drop Leaf Dining Table in exchange for my honest review. The table was very easy to assemble. All we had to do was bolt the legs to the tabletop, using bolts and an allen wrench that were provided. It took only a few minutes to assemble. We noticed a chunk of wood that was missing from the bottom of the table, however this did not impact the look of the table once it was set up. It was disappointing that this brand new item was damaged. The table has a dark brown finish and is a nice size for two people or to use as an accent table. It's nice and heavy - not wobbly. The finish is easy to maintain with a damp cloth. Unfortunately, one of the drop leaves does not fully lower because the mechanism underneath does not retract far enough to allow it to drop completely. It doesn't hang to 90° like it does on the other side. There's no way to correct this. So unfortunately the drop- leaf look is not an option for us . . . Another disappointment. Overall, the table's design - size and look, is very nice, but the workmanship prevents it from being a quality piece.

Easy to build and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely easy to build and set up. Lightweight but not too light. Beautiful black wood finish with collapsible sides to make bigger or smaller. Perfect for two chairs or four stools. This would be ideal for a small apartment or a couple. Easy to move around as well. Definitely worth the price. Gives a peaceful vibe to any home.
