So good on a burger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this cheese on our burger night and it was amazing. It has such a great flavor. You can eat it straight out of the package or on a burger. We also used it for our salad with it chopped up. It was SO good. It’s not a hard cheese or super soft cheese, it’s right in the middle.

The Gouda cheese is in good quality and tastes delicious. The Gouda cheese is great for adding on hot sandwiches which melts with the food. Great durable cheese able to stay fresh when stored correctly in the fridge or cold temperature.

Expired cheese ... again!
As part of my pick up order (placed Oct 3rd) I received 2 packages of this cheese. One had expired 26 Aug 25 and the other one had only 2 weeks left until expiration date. This means that whoever stocked the cheese and whoever picked this for my order, did not check for expired items. Unfortunately, this is not the first time for cheese to be expired or very close to its date at this Target location. We will be ordering from a different location moving forward. Food poisoning is real you guys!
