WARNING!

Scanpan is expensive, supposedly a "premium" brand. But after several Scanpan saucepans failed, I'll never buy Scanpan again. The non-stick coating they use flakes and peels after very limited use, and you do NOT want this stuff flaking into your food! Scanpan has replaced the saucepans that failed, but then the replacements also failed-- same problem, chipping, peeling and cracking. Definitely AVOID!
