Scary beast with the cutest little arms
I was so delighted by this dinosaur when I unpacked it and released its horns from the careful packaging. It's really adorable and special. I know I wouldn't think it was cute if it was full-size and coming after me, but it sure is adorable. Great paint job too. Very fond of this dinosaur already.

Ne se tient pas debout
Très déçue le carnotausaure ne se tient pas debout malgré tous nos efforts. Un petit garçon de 4 ans est vraiment peiné. C est cher mais mal conçu. Achat inutile, on ne s en sert pas du tout.

Be aware, these dinosaurs are small
I bought a couple of Schleich dinosaurs for 4yo for Christmas. To my dismay upon arrival, I discovered these dinosaurs are very small. I wouldnt have mind if their price point was between $5-8 at most $10 but they are priced anywhere between $12-23. The carnotaurus is retailed at $16+… I don’t believe it is worth that price. I have included images for comparison of dinosaurs my son was gifted a couple years ago from target that were retailed between $3-5 that are very similar in quality, the only difference is that the Schleich dino mouths open and close.

Awesome carnivore!
We received this as a gift about a year ago and my boys have really enjoyed playing with it! My older son loves his tough appearance. My only complaint is that his mouth is difficult to open… my toddler boys definitely need help with that.

Unique!
This isn't like any of the other dinosaurs which is what drew the kiddos to it. Really cool piece. Heavy duty! Paint detail is good. Arms are stubby like someone mentioned but I think that's part of the design. I see no issue with it.

Nice sculpt needs more paint detail.
Overall this is a good figure, the arms are a little stumpy and the paint isn't the best, but it has a detail scaling on the back that makes it look neat. Over all, there is however too much unpainted plastic that makes it look cheap.

A free-standing theropod that doesn't topple over!
Carnotaurus is my son's favorite dinosaur. I appreciate the variety of dinosaurs Schleich offers. We have a carnotaurus, allosaurus and t-rex from other brands and they ALL fall over EXCEPT the Schleich theropods. This carnotaurus has movable parts, cool color pattern and is a good representation of the dinosaur.
