Seven Summers - by Elizabeth Eulberg (Paperback)

Book Synopsis

Carley Fortune with a hint of magic in this aspirational, summer romance where a woman finds that diving off the dock of her childhood lake house resets her summer, giving her multiple chances to get life--and love--right.

Nina Davis always thought she knew what she wanted: her own restaurant, a handsome artsy man on her arm, and a summer vacation at her family's lake house in Door County, Wisconsin. On paper, she has it all. But now years into restaurant ownership, what once gave her joy has become a mountain of debt. And when her longtime boyfriend realizes she'll always choose the restaurant, he leaves. With everything falling apart, Nina turns to the one place she's always counted on: the lake house.

After catering her parents' 40th wedding anniversary party, Nina ends up alone on the dock during golden hour. Seeking solace, she dives in. When she surfaces, everything has changed. Her dad has passed away and she never moved to New York to open her restaurant. But somehow, she is still connected to Sebastian, the infuriatingly talented pastry chef at her restaurant.

Realizing the dock is the key, Nina begins using it to search for her perfect life. Over the course of seven unforgettable summers, Nina discovers that part of life is about letting go, embracing the unexpected, and holding loved ones close while she can. She just has to dive in.
