Shipwrecks - by Brian Ralph (Hardcover)

Book Synopsis

Two thieves--a boy and a talking alligator--are swept away on an absurd, epic adventure on the high seas. Calvin & Hobbes meets The Adventures of Tom Sawyer in this middle grade graphic novel.

The plan was simple: get a job at a fancy-schmancy art museum, steal a masterpiece or two, and skedaddle before anyone's the wiser. Easy as pie.

...So how do our poor heroes end up trapped in the belly of a whale?

One absurdity leads to another in this zany middle grade adventure, packed with car chases, pirate ships, shark attacks, swamp monsters, and nonstop gags.
