    Love it! Why was I sleeping on silk all these years?

    I drank silk over a decade ago when it was the only vegan milk and in recent years suffered through oat and almond milk. I went back to cow milk because I couldn’t stand how milk alternatives tasted heated up. After loving soy milk in Japan, I’m like ok let’s give silk another try. Well I tried silk again and man it’s good! I also love how it naturally has protein. No weird powder added

    GETS THICKHER BY THE MINUTE

    I have used Silk soy milk for decades. Unfortunately the last four quarts of Silk soy milk original that I have purchased (none close to expiration) have all become super think a day or two after being opened even though it's refrigerated. Why is this happening? Did the formula change? If so, I'd say it's NOT working.

    Spoiled Tasting

    I purchased the organic unsweet soymilk recently and thought I purchased one that was spoiled. I opened the other carton I purchased and the same spoiled taste. Then I found out that the formula had changed. I returned my 5 cartons back to the store. Will not buy again! Why do companies mess with recipes that were fine to start with?

    A good milk alternative

    As someone who is lactose intolerant, this option was pretty tasty and smooth. Made matcha latte with it and it was a hit! Recommend for a milk alternative beverage and for those who want to try out a new milk!

    Silk Soy Vanilla

    This has been the only milk product I drink for most of my adult life. Increasingly the Soy Vanilla, Sweetened has been hard to find in stores refrigerated section. I switched to shelf stable, and when I ran out of my last box I could not find it conveniently online anymore. If you're discontinuing this product please let your customers know so we can find non Silk alternatives. Stop forcing unsweetened on us, stop forcing protien on us, and stop forcing almond. Silk Soy Vanilla brought me to this brand and as I see its leaving I am too.

    I’m vegan so having dairy free milk is a must! I love this soymilk because it’s vanilla flavor. So it’s super rich, smooth and creamy. Which makes it perfect for various drinks and dishes.

    Silk/Danone doesn't care about loyal customers

    My family and I have been buying this every week for about 25 years. It was thick and delicious, and most-importantly, it did not contain added sugars. The changes you made are terrible. I feel sure that they are cost-based changes for the company. The product is now thin and watery and contains vegetable oils and sodium bicarbonate. You may claim that these are "functional nutrition" changes, but I think that is a lie. Not everyone wants to jump on the added protein train. We customers want our favorite product back! Yes, maybe it was a bit of a niche market, but I am sure we would be willing to pay more to get the original product back on the shelves. Please rethink your decisions regarding this product, do the right thing for those of us who truly care about our health and want the old product back, and bring it back!!

    Soymilk Newbie

    I, too, have experienced the slight taste difference as well as differences in the consistency/thickness of the product. I discovered using it in my coffee about a year ago, and loved its slightly creamy texture; it made my coffee more enjoyable. Apparently, after experiencing some shortages in soybeans (and resultant lack of the product on store shelves, thus less profit), the formulation of the product changed. I believe there is less actual soybean in it now and that other ingredients have changed a little to compensate. Perhaps you could explain that. It always has been an "engineered" product, but certainly has helped a lot of people with certain allergies or intolerances. For me, it doesn't matter now; milk products are just as good in my coffee.
