The best Simi varietal. Crisp, fresh and filled with awesome notes of a great selection of unique fruits and smells. Makes you feel like you're sitting by a seaside town in the sun with a nice breeze. Word to the wise - try it with something spicy. Great complement.

A sauvignon blanc is always a great go to for those that do not enjoy sweet whites. It is a great dry white that pairs well with so many dishes and tatses so refreshing and crisp when it is a hot and sunny day. Perfect for patio/backyard sipping to feel refreshed.

This is by far the best Sauvignon blanc I have ever had ! It’s not to dry or sweet it has the perfect balance I love it ! A very clean and smooth taste. The smell is fresh with hints of lemon 🍋

The aroma is earthy, grassy, and floral with notes of tart fruits. Notes of pear, citrus and grapefruits. It shows Medium body with a nice acidity, strong minerality. It is a nice wine for the price and lovely on a hot summer day!

I found Simi when I did a bike tour through Sonoma in California. I really fell in love with the wine there. Clean, crisp and one of my favorite Sauvignon Blanc’s from CA. I typically like a New Zealand Sauv Blanc but this one is pretty competitive.
