The best thing about this product is that it will not hurt young players who are learning how to catch, unlike plastic whiffle balls or regulation balls. My brother was hit in the face by one of these balls at 50 mph!!! He said it felt like being hit by a feather. There is no safer way to teach young players!

I bought these for Christmas and have already used them. My 4 year old even hit these balls well with me pitching them to him. Stepped on one and it popped right back to shape. I highly recommend them especially if you have limited space like we do.

Great for when working on hitting in a small area, or you simply don't want to have to chase balls all over the field. Very durable. Only wish the color was different as the black side can be hard to see in longish grass.

Needed more limited flight balls. These are great as the kids say its tough to track them because of the different colors so they are forced to follow them up to contact. Also great for teaching contact on the curve ball.

This is the first whiffle-style ball my son has been able to use for more than one week. I bought him the bag of balls for his birthday and besides being his favorite gift, we are both amazed that he is still on his first ball! Even though it doesn't travel quite as far as the traditional whiffle ball, it still gains some ground. Also, I think because of the decreased amount of flight, my son is actually hitting it harder and improving his bat speed.

We bought these 2 months ago and they work great. The balls do not travel as far as normal wife balls. You must hit the ball square or it will just spin. They are holding up much better than normal whiffle balls.

I have been using these balls for almost a month now. So far they are great. I have a 14 and 9 yr old I use them with. I am hoping they last longer than the hard white plastic ones we got from Academy. Those ended up splitting evenually.

Balls have little impact with a batter's follow thru, not real life like compared to a real baseball. But... U can learn and teach how to hit curve balls so I will take some bad with good.
