    Questionable quality.

    I just bought this product: Calcium Magnesium Citrate 100 tablets. In the smaller print it states that the magnesium is: as oxide, citrate. I bought it because it stated in large letters it was Magnesium Citrate as I am very aware Magnesium Oxide is poorly obsorbed by the body and basically useless. I feel cheated because for all I know the percentage of actual of actual Citrate it contains could be as low as 1%. I was looking for and thought I had bought Magnesium Citrate but later discovered I bought a diluted version. If it stated clearly in large letters on the label it was a mixture of Oxide and Citrate I would have avoided it.

    Menopause

    I started taking these as I am on HRT and needed extra calcium and I've really felt the difference. I've been buying these now a few months and definitely recommend them.

    Calcium Magnesium Citrate

    I like this product more than the other brand I usually buy because even though both products have 2:1 ratio of Calcium and Magnesium but Solgar product has double of Calcium and Magnesium in it. It suits me personally because I am closer to perimenopause and I think that extra Calcium and Magnesium would be good for me even for a short term.

    Superb products

    I have been taking this product for over a year supplementing carnivore diet. I tried cheaper brands and had to come back to Solgar after having problems with absorption
