Waste of your money and time
This refurbished remote will simply waste your money and your time. It was delivered in an unmarked box, with no wires. So when it didn’t connect to the machine, we went to return it only to be told by a customer service representative that they have the right to decline returns. It took phone calls, photos, and letters to get my $44 back. A waste of time! They should remove it from the website because it’s not compatible.
