Bought this as a lazy alternative to hve ginger in the house. I wanted to consume it considering how great it is and how i want to keep my body strong with all of the infections going on. Love the delivery but taste is bad. Has vinegar and sugar. Tastes weird not like ginger.

Great Premium Ginger
I love and use Spice World Squeeze Ginger on everything from cooking my meats, on salads, to taking two tablespoons daily as a supplement. It is a delicious ginger. It has a pickled, sweet, tangy, balance taste that goes with everything. I strongly recommend this product.

Do NOT use as a replacement for fresh ginger
They should specify that it's pickled ginger. Contains sugar and vinegar and tastes horrible. Went directly in the garbage.

Junk
I thought I was buying a convenient mode of ginger. But this is ginger turned into processed trash. Contains fructose, glycerin, ascorbic acid, xantham gum, sodium benzoate. It smells horrible. I opened it and threw it straight in the garbage.
