Stuart Lane is the executive chef of Spinasse and Artusi in Seattle, where he honors Piemonte's enduring cuisine. Trained at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Costigliole d'Asti, Lane refined his craft in Italy before returning to work alongside James Beard Award-winning chef Holly Smith at Café Juanita.
