submitted byUmar - 1 year agoA: You have to be very careful when washing real silk pillowcases. traditional degerent can break down the silk and then your pillowcase is no good. Cold water only with a special detergent for silk

Q: im a silk noob. this says that it is a satin construction but 100% silk. How is that so?
A: Silk is a type of fiber, and satin is a type of textile weave. Therefore silk fibers can be used to form satin, but silk fibers can also be woven in other patterns which would not be considered satin. Hope that helps. I don't work for the company so I can't vouch for the quality of silk.

A: No. There is no zipper.

Q: What type of silk is this?
A: The best I can figure out From reading the box and answers,is that this is probably genuine silk even though no one ever comes out and says that specifically. I know that's what we all want to know.
