This pan is the perfect size for small families. The cast iron really conducts heat and is a great pan to roast vegetables, make casseroles, strata, bread puddings and brownies. Anything that calls for a nice crusty bottom is really perfect for these pans. Oven to table, and freezer safe.

This cast iron baking dish is perfect for individual portions of baked side dishes and desserts. The cast iron heats very evenly and gives great browning. The enamel coating means no seasoning and the matte texture gives great browning. Once out of the oven it stays hot at the table so it works great when cooking for a crowd. These always make an appearance at my holiday table.

This little cast iron baker makes a great serving piece for a buffet, along with others, or for single servings at the table. The cast iron retains heat or cold, so if you are serving warm dishes, they will stay that way and if you are serving cold dishes, just put in the fridge or freezer, and they will remain cold. Perfect for individual servings. Love to make mac and cheese in these , also individual pot pies. Our absolute favorite is to use for brownies, the crust / edge comes out perfectly. Cast iron enamel is an amazing heat conductor. Bakers can be used on any cooking surface (there is a smooth enamel bottom) as well as the oven up to 500F.

These come in handy. Great for individual servings of favorite desserts - warm brownie smothered in ice cream and caramel. But also for appetizers - raclette melts well and gets a nice crust; tapas. These pans are enamel coated so they are easy to clean and maintain. Dishwasher safe.

This little baker makes a great dish to warm and serve appetizers in. The cast iron keeps things warm longer than ceramic and the weight is perfect to stop it from slipping when dipping! I'd like to ahanve 1 or 2 more.

Love, love, love this rectangular baker. It is my perfect bread pan! The cast iron heats up so well that makes a nice crispy outside. Great for cornbread too!

Cast iron is so awesome for baking because it heats thoroughly, evenly and holds the temperature so well. I love making cornbread just like my grandma, but didn't enjoy the hassle or cast iron care. Staub is enameled on the inside and out; no seasoning required, just soap and water. I can preheat my pan on the stovetop, pour in my batter and take it straight to the oven. I get a nice crispy crust just like I always remembered. This is also perfect for a casserole for 1 or 2; brownies are delicious and don't forget how great potatoes taste when they get a crispy crust.

Mini bakers are great for individual servings or a baked cheese appetizer. Use several for each person to have their own or side dish with all the yummyness of the crispy edges! Looks like traditional cast iron but is coated in Staub's matte black coating that doesn't require seasoning and cleans up easily!

I love these for individual mini corn breads, lemon cakes, banana nut breads or other desserts, too! Nice for entertaining and that each person gets their own serving!

I love using these bakers for dinner parties. Everyone gets their own little serving dish, usually an Au Gratin of some kind, the food stays hot and each person can enjoy the crispy goodness that happens on the bottom and sides.

I love using to make casseroles, cooks everything so evenly. it can go in the oven to fridge to dishwasher, a greatt piece to have in a kitchen.
