Quality issues

After charging batteries and getting the units set up I discover that both of the reels I received leak (badly) where the leader hose connects to the unit. The hoses don't seem to be the right fit for the connector - you can turn them infinitely without fully tightening. One of the units had a warped side so it doesn't snap in at the top of the unit which causes the lid to come off. Suncast's response is to only provides information on how to tighten a hose. This is ridiculous considering the price of the units - after putting effort into the set-up I haven't decided if I'm returning or will attempt to fix or replace leader hose (it could be a defect on the unit and not the hose) and the warped housing. Did wind the hose up and it works well - just so much slower than winding by hand. Haven't decided if this feature is worth the $150 ea. price and with Suncast customer service being so poor I'm probably going to return these.
