    Good for hair and nails

    I take gelatin for my hair and nails. It does help. I have very thin nails and this helps them not break so easily

    To pricey

    I like taking this product I have taken it off and on over the years unfortunately it keeps getting too expensive to take which is a shame since it helps me move better but I have to cut back on so many vitamins from Swanson

    I will purchase this again!!!

    After taking this supplement (6caps daily) for only 3 weeks, there is a noticeable improvement in my hair and nails. I am not losing as much hair as I had been losing....hooray! And my nails look healthier. I plan to continue taking this supplement. For sure.

    swanson's Gelatin & Silicon

    I usually take MSN or Horsetail, but decided to give this a try. I take it three times a day, and been doing so for a couple of weeks. My skin/hair/nails seem to be the same. Maybe after a few months it will be more noticeable.

    Drowsy & Disappointed

    I'm in my early 30s and have been searching for methods to help maintain my skin. Silicon & Gelatin seemed like a good option for a supplement, but I was disappointed. It made me VERY drowsy. I had a "heavy" feeling behind my eyes. I tried moving the time I took the pills to evening, but was still constantly tired. I'm returning them and looking for something else.

    Swanson Premium Gelatin & Silicon really works for nails!! My nails used to break all the time. I am a finger style guitarist, so that is a real problem. Now after a few years of using this product my nails are several times thicker and stronger. They almost never break. Thanks Swanson!
