Q: Listing descriptions has 64 oz but marking on the photos has 54 oz. Which one is correct?

submitted by Imee - 3 years ago
  • A: Is this plastic water bottle

submitted byErica - 2 years ago
  • A: Hello! Thank you for your question. This is a 64oz bottle. The markings on the bottle are designed to motivate you to drink water during the day and to help you keep track of how many ounces you have left to finish the full 64oz. We hope that helps!

Q: is the folding straw lid removable for cleaning?

submitted by allegra - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi Allegra, we recommend not disassembling the folding straw from the lid for cleaning. The lids are not designed to be taken apart, as doing so can cause damage or prevent the components from lining up correctly, which may result in a loss of suction. However, we’re happy to share some effective cleaning tips with you. To clean the top of the lid we would suggest sprinkling it with baking soda to get into the areas that are hard to reach and then placing in a bowl while pouring a little white vinegar over it. The foaming action will help loosen any build up. Let sit for a while or overnight and use the small brush or toothpick to reach the tight areas. You can do this occasionally to help sanitize your lid and prevent build up. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

Q: Is this water bottle insulated so there is no sweating? I want a clear waterbottle that doesn't leave water all over where I place it.

submitted by Dragon16 - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi, thank you for your feedback! If your Tritan bottle is filled with ice cold liquids condensation will form on the bottle as would a glass of ice water. We recommend looking at our stainless-steel insulated bottles that can keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours sweat-free. We hope this helps

Q: What does the plastic # 7 signify?

submitted by Carol - 3 years ago
  • A: Thank you for your question! The purpose of the number is to identify the type of plastic used to make the product and to help users understand plastic recycling. Plastic numbers go from 1-7. Plastic number 7 is a miscellaneous category for all other plastic resins like acrylic or nylon. Some everyday items made from number 7 plastics are baby bottles and eyeglasses. Most of the plastics in the number 7 group cannot be recycled in your curbside recycling bin. You might, however, be able to find a specialist recycler who will recycle it for you.
