I use PGF Complete as my main feed, but there are times during the season when I want to give my Bermuda a solid meal without hammering it with high nitrogen — that's where Balanced shines. The 10-10-10 ratio with micros and humic acid is ideal for early season apps or when you just want to maintain without pushing excessive top growth. What I appreciate most is that it still has the same quality you expect from The Andersons. The granules are uniform, spread cleanly through a rotary spreader, and break down evenly with watering. No hot spots, no streaking, no complaints. It's also great for areas you're establishing or renovating where you want to support root development without overdriving the blade growth. A lot of people overlook balanced fertilizers because they want the quick green-up from high nitrogen products. But if you understand that a healthy lawn is built below the surface, a well-timed app of PGF Balanced makes a real difference. Pair it with something like Dirt Boost Plus and your soil will thank you. Excellent product. The Andersons doesn't miss.

great product. . . it's the first product I use in the spring for a wake up for the turf, and then the last thing I use in the late fall for a dose of fast acting nitrogen as the growth slows down and the turf starts to go dormant

Love this stuff, used it four times this year and my lawn looks the best it ever has and I have the greenest lush lawn in my subdivision. The green up with this product is amazing.

I am yet to notice a difference in the color of my Bermuda grass.

I put down the fertilizer and then watered it. Unfortunately, later that night we got a flooding rain. I am pretty sure all of the fertilizer was washed away. I have not been able to see the benefit nor accurately rate it.

Using 10-10-10- along with Fall Fix 5-5-5 was the result of doing Anderson's soil test. Do that soil test first. After years of just guessing, looking at the hype on some of the products and still getting so-so results, the soil test recommended the proper treatment and now I have fantastic results. Both products worked great. Can't stress the soil testing enough. It will save you a ton of money in the long run also.
