The description is wrong
You do not get both characters! Before I ordered I chatted with customer support and I asked if you get one or both because the description is written as if you get both. They told me I would indeed get both. They were mistaken because I only received Kit. I again chatted with support and told them they need to update the listing to reflect you only get 1 character and it’s random? Which is just silly, they need to be split up so you can order both. I won’t bother trying to order again in case I get Kit again. I guess look for these in stores so you can guarantee you get both.

This is advertised as a set (kit casey and Sam snow) but I only received kit casey. Did a return they shipped a replacement and again only received kit casey. Called customer service and they said it’s only one of them. But it’s advertised twice in the description as a set. There’s also no link to order Sam snow. She basically said they could issue me a refund but nothing they could do. So heads up.
