I have received the book and started to take a look inside. I have decided to spiral the book so I will be able to use it easier. I have nothing but good things to say about this book. Lots of great basic meals for those who don't have hours and hours to research recipes for their electric pressure cooker. The photos very clearly demonstrate all the recipe steps, so it's good for people who are not experienced cooks, as well as those who are just new to using an Instant Pot. What sets this apart from the rest, is that it actually lists a TOTAL time for pressure build-up, cook time, AND pressure release. Great for those who are on a time budget and want to know how soon or late they'll really be eating!

Love!

This cookbook is awesome!! I’ve won prizes with his chili recipe! My favorite is the pot roast! The book is wonderful with all the pictures and I like putting a big sticky note on the page with our likes or dislikes with a recipe or how I tweaked it a bit. I also bought one for our 20 year old daughter and she loves using it as well.
