About the Author

Eugene Barsky is a faculty member at Azriely College of Engineering, Jerusalem, Israel. Dr. Barsky has authored five scientific books. Some of his research has been applied in industry. Before his appointment at Azriely College of Engineering he was a lecturer at several Universities and Colleges in Israel.
