The concept of a low calorie bagel is great in theory but in execution it’s terrible. When using this bagel thin as a bagel with cream cheese it’s dry and very thin. When I used it as the bread for a breakfast sandwich it tasted great. But considering the price it might just be worth it to stick to regular bagels and make low calorie choices in other areas
