Thomas bagels are praised for their versatility and taste, making them a popular choice for breakfast or snacks. Guests enjoy using them with various toppings like butter, jam, and cream cheese. However, there are concerns about inconsistent slicing and quality, particularly regarding the presence of raisins in cinnamon raisin bagels. Despite these issues, many guests continue to appreciate the flavor and texture of the bagels, hoping for improvements in quality control.

Great Value
I stopped buying this brand for the DAVES Killer Bread bagels and I realized Dave's was 50% more with 1 less bagel so I went back to Thomas. Thomas is good, thicker and comes in a 6-pack. Better value

Uneven beagles
I had a bone fusion at Jefferson in Phila, I love them and with my condition there easy to make Until now. The last two bags taste the same however, your slicer is way off I get a sliver on the bottom and the top is so fat it does not fit in the toaster I have to cut some off and toss it The sliver or bottom burns These are the large and i can provide thr number , otherwise you would have got 5 star's Kind regards Mike

The best
Thomas' bagels are so good. They are very versatile. I will use butter, jam, or I even use them for a sandwich toasted instead of bread.

Why are they split so unevenly?
My wife and I love these bagels, however, lately they have been split very unevenly. The top half ends up being a very thin slice, which burns a lot faster in the toaster.

Bagel expires in 2 days
Ordered 2 different bagels via drive up due to impaired mobility. This one expires in 2 days. Could have been given a fresher product, very disappointing.

Terrible foreign taste
I always buy Thomas bagels, and never had a complaint. The crust on the bagel i had this morning was tainted with some kind of solution. It was like the machines were cleaned with a strong solution and were not rinsed off before sending dough through them. I had a hard time getting that taste out of my mouth. I hope you figure out what went wrong and correct the problem before I buy another bag of your bagels.
Dissatisfied

Poorly cut bagels ruins breakfast for weeks.
My wife and I buy your bagels every time we shop - 2 bags a week. I’ve been eating them since I was a kid. I’m 53… The last month your bagels have been sliced ridiculously. Not sliced in half. They’ve been slice maybe 10% on top and 90% on bottom. It’s annoying and screws up the toasting. It makes breakfast disappointing. I wish I could send you a photo. Please resolve.

False advertisement
False advertisement. Please change the picture to also say raisins. When it popped up, the picture just says cinnamon and the title was cut off since I did a quick add. Yes, that was oversight on my part, but the picture is false advertisement. Now I have bagels no one will eat...

Where did your quality standards go?
Thomas' cinnamon raisins bagels! Loved them loved them loved them! I got a bag of bagels with 0 raisins and a few touches of cinnamon. This has just gotten worse and worse over time. I'm getting to the point where I'm done purchasing them and that is sad to me. Don't call a product a cinnamon raisin bagel if you're not going to put cinnamon and actual raisins in every single bagel. It used to be where you would make a bagel and have a full raisin in every bite and now I find tiny bits of pieces of raisins and even those are hard to find now. Your customers deserve better quality standards and some pride put in to their customers. I wouldn't actually really love to be able to speak to somebody at Thomas's Bagels about this issue in a very respectable manner.
