Guests are saying

The reviews indicate a significant divide in guest experiences with the high protein everything bagel. While some guests appreciate the added protein and find them suitable for sandwiches, many express disappointment over the taste and texture, describing them as dense, doughy, and reminiscent of cardboard. Guests suggest that the flavor does not meet expectations, leading to a lack of repurchase intent. Overall, the product may appeal to those seeking high protein options but may not satisfy traditional bagel lovers.

    Not good

I should have read these other reviews! Sadly, these are not good. They taste like a dense, wet, paste no matter how much you toast it. Texture is so bad!

    These bagels are an ipecac

It has been ten hours since I ingested this "food" and I still feel nauseous. Thomas'-- you have always been superb. This concept needs re-thinking.

The taste of the bagel is gross. Would definitely not repurchase this kind, the brand has many others that taste much better than this one. Definitely would not repurchase.

    Disappointed

I have used the everything bagel for months with know problems, but I purchased the high protein everything bagel and it makes me sick to my stomach. I have eaten one for three days, and have been sick,so I stopped and I have know problems. I am not sure if anyone else has had this problem before. I have used other stuff with protein in them with no issues. Disappointed with the money spent on the bagels.

    yuck

I kept trying so hard to eat these, but they taste disgusting, so I had to throw them away. I toasted them and added cream cheese. it's kind of like how play doh smells.

    Gross

These are disgusting. Why add protein to everything? Just let a bagel be a bagel. The texture is dense and weird and chewy. It toasts weirdly. Blegh. Tossed them immediately. Also - you only get four bagels compared to the normal 6, which is not clear at all from the photo.

Very good for a protein bagel

I was surprised to read the bad reviews. This is the best protein bagel I've tried. I wish the calories were a little lower but the trade off is worth it compared to other brands

Pretty good and worth the extra protein. Denser than an average bagel but I enjoyed. I will be a regular buyer.

These look great. They toast nicely. They taste like cardboard. They are also dense and butter does not have nooks and cranies to flow into for more flavor.
