Perfect for work
This thing is definitely large! And surprisingly the pockets are so well organized it's not impossible to find things despite the size, I can really fit my whole life into this thing. The quality is great, it stands pretty well. I'd love if it came in a size a little smaller but compared to other totes I've purchased this one is by far the best.

Perfect carry-on
Love the different pockets inside, keeps everything organized. I mostly use it for traveling, which I do often. I use it as my carry-on. Ifit my laptop, toiletries, change of clothes and something to sleep in just in case they lose my luggage.

Nice bag but faulty zipper on inner pocket
The bag is nice and I like the size. Good amount of pockets but quality assurance is lacking. The zipper on the inner pocket won’t unzip despite trying everything, leaving that pocket compartment useless. Sadly I didn’t notice this until I was packing for a trip to two weeks ago. In trying to unzip it the stitching for the zipper came loose so I unpicked where the zipper was sewn on. That at least opened the pocket for use. But it’s so floppy that it’s not great at holding things in without a zipper keeping it closed. Other than that I like the bag.

They removed the button on the laptop sleeve :(
Super bummed about that button closure no longer being there (see other review photos for reference). This is my second utility bag after my first was stolen. I use it for work and the button closure was vital for preventing my laptop from sliding out of the sleeve. Disappointed!!! Otherwise, this would be the perfect bag.

Fixes all the issues I had with other totes. Carries all the things I need for day to day and has plenty of space to pick up some groceries for dinner on the way home. Fantastic product.

If I could give 10 stars I would! HOLY moly ! This bag is amazing. I have not been able to find a bag that i could pile all my stuff in. This bag is it while maintaining its comfort. Its exterior is nice and water slides right off. Trust me the moment I got it i had to give it a go to see if it can handle a busy lifestyle. Im a photographer so I need a heavy duty bag that i can grab all my things in and just go. PLUS i reached out to support because my initial purchase was lost and they sent me a replacement right away. I cant thank you guys enough! Im getting everyone i know a bag for christmas!

I love this tote! I love the discrete zipper pockets, the interior water bottle pocket, the fact that my iPad and laptop fit in the interior dividers, the exterior easy-to-reach stuff pockets. I love the shoulder and tote straps, the interior ring to snap you keys on! And it zips closed at the top! All without being bulky! I am so glad I did the splurge!

I like this bag! I would give it 5 starts if it had a luggage strap and if the zipper was smoother. It seems to get stuck. Other than that, I love using my new key holder and attaching it onto the key loops in the bag. I didn’t think id care about the waterbottle pocket inside the bag but Im surprised with how nice this feature is! Overall, Im happy with it.

I was very happy with my tote until trying to add my water bottle to the bag. The water bottle holder ripped on its first use. I wish that it was still in action because it would be nice to be able to keep it separate from the other items.

Tote is sturdy
I like the material of tote, very sturdy and durable. I do like the size nice and large but sometimes it feels a little too deep for items I am carrying. And I agree with other users, the small set of handles often get in the way. But other than that I really like this tote and will use it often.
