Q: Is this specific formula safe to use in HE machines? I bought this Aug 2020 but it doesn't have the HE logo. Oops.
A: Jamie, we have two types of detergents, regular and HE. Our HE Detergent will have the HE logo on it. Otherwise it is the regular detergent. HE detergent is low sudsing and can be used in HE and traditional washers. Our regular detergent should not be used in an HE machine. Q: It says ORIGINAL but has the HE designation on the bottle -- is this still the Original for use in non-HE machines

Q: Since the new 92 ounce Original Tide is rated at 64 loads, and the old 100 ounce Original Tide was rated at 64 loads too, did Tide's concentration formula change?
A: Yes, we did make our Tide more concentrated.
