This cheese is great but I would not buy again. I prefer the cheese slices for sandwiches. I didn’t like the taste of this cheese like a snack. The texture of the cheese is good.

I follow a ketogenic diet and lifestyle and nothing hits the spot like a few slices of Tillamook pepper jack cheese. It is great with various meats and in sandwiches I love a nice roast beef sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The consistency is creamy and the peppers are not too spicy and it just hits the spot. So good with some meat and crackers as a snack! One of my favorite cheese flavors and Tillamook just makes the best cheese for the price. This is a staple item for breakfast on eggs or lunch on a sandwich. Not too spicy, but just the right amount to give it a kick of flavor.

I love pepper jack cheese so this always satisfies me especially the fact that it's already precut. I like the fact that I don't have to cut it for my hamburgers. Also they're easy to grab and snack on. I eat pepper jack cheese more than I eat other cheese I would recommend if you want pre-sliced

Smooth and crumbly. the spice isnt very strong and only lasts about 20 seconds but it is noticeable. 1 downside is it can be really crumbly and fall apart. Would recommend.
