High quality cheese
Tillamook cheese is always high quality cheese. The pepper jack is creamy with the right amount of spice. It grates easily and I highly recommend buying the loaf vs the pre shredded. It’s not much effort and the flavor and texture are so much better. Plus you have the flexibility of slicing or shredding.

I tried the Tillamook Pepper Jack, and it instantly became one of my favorite cheeses. It has that creamy Tillamook texture I love, but with a perfect kick from the peppers. The spice isn’t overpowering—just enough to make sandwiches, quesadillas, or snacks a lot more interesting. It melts beautifully too, which makes it great for burgers or grilled cheese. Overall, it’s flavorful, fresh, and super versatile. Definitely a cheese I keep coming back to.

Nice peppery kick and cheesy richness
Great tasting cheese with a nice peppery kick. The blocks are so much better than the pre shredded due to the pre shredded cheese having an added agent to keep the pieces from sticking to each other.

I follow a ketogenic diet and lifestyle and nothing hits the spot like a few slices of Tillamook pepper jack cheese. It is great with various meats and in sandwiches I love a nice roast beef sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The consistency is creamy and the peppers are not too spicy and it just hits the spot. So good with some meat and crackers as a snack! One of my favorite cheese flavors and Tillamook just makes the best cheese for the price. This is a staple item for breakfast on eggs or lunch on a sandwich. Not too spicy, but just the right amount to give it a kick of flavor.

I love pepper jack cheese so this always satisfies me especially the fact that it's already precut. I like the fact that I don't have to cut it for my hamburgers. Also they're easy to grab and snack on. I eat pepper jack cheese more than I eat other cheese I would recommend if you want pre-sliced
