My hair fell out by the bunches! My hair did not come out soft but tangled bad. The more I bushed the tangles out the more hair fell out! It was not pleasant smelling as a matter of fact It made my hair oily. I would not recommend this product at all. If I could give no stars I would.

Excellent, but with a caveat
My hair is baby fine, straight and long. It breaks easily. I bought Tio Nacho volume filler conditioner mainly to strengthen my hair. I was hoping my hair would look thicker too. After the first time using the companion shampoo followed by this conditioner, my hair looked and felt a lot thicker, was soft and tangle free. It seems stronger too, but it felt dry. (Note: I did not follow up with a leave-in conditioner). I knew my hair feeling dry was a possibility due to some harsh ingredients in the companion shampoo. I hoped this conditioner would counter the drying effect, but it didn't. After the second time using the companion shampoo & this conditioner I followed up with a hydrating leave-in conditioner and the results were excellent. My hair looks & feels thick, has great body, doesn't feel dry and is soft and smooth. I'll continue to use both the companion shampoo & this conditioner followed with a hydrating leave-in conditioner, but only every 3rd or 4th time I shampoo. I recommend anyone give this conditioner a try to see how it works for them & their hair type. Final note: I'm perfume/fragrance sensitive. I'm not sensitive to the smell/scent of either the companion shampoo or this conditioner, but I don't like it. It's very odd and unappealing to me. Luckily it goes away once my hair is dry.

Lots of volume but no moisture!
You will get volume! But it costs the moisture of your hair. This made my hair feel thicker but it also felt very dry and stiff. Overtime this will strip your hair is so many natural oils that you will need to get a good trim and a really good moisturizer/mask. I wouldn’t recommend!

Love this stuff
It's a great volumizing conditioner. Needed it after suffering hair loss from Covid. This stuff does the trick. I put this stuff on after I've used a thick, detangling Silicone-free conditioner on my curly hair, since this has amodimethicone. But it gives me the volume and fullness I am used to until my hair fills out.
