Description

Book Synopsis

A new frontier from the genius behind the quintessence of Tokyo fantasy. A hand-drawn, sketch-based picture scroll of the labyrinth called Tokyo.
While creating his earlier work, "OSAKA GENSO", Tokyo Genso discovered the joy of "fantasy sketching" using analog watercolors, and now always carries a small sketchbook and simple watercolor set when going out. Having grown up watching "Hadaka no Taishō Hōrōki" on television as a child, he realized, "Ah, this is the style of painting I always dreamed of creating" and set off alone for a weekend in the "ruins" of Tokyo.
This collection of sketches by TOKYO GENSO, whose unique style is popular both in Japan and internationally, follows "TOKYO GENSO ARTWORKS", "TOKYO GENSO ARTWORKSⅡ" and "OSAKA GENSO".
