About this item

Description

Roxx Records proudly presents Take Heed, the brand-new EP from Bakersfield, California's own classic Christian metal band, Traxter. To answer the first question coming to your mind, YES this is the band you are thinking of in your mind right now! TRAXTER was formed in 1987 and would release the critically acclaimed album Rock 'n' Race album in 1991 which would build the band an instant following and support from the Christian Rock community. Alas, the band would be short lived never releasing or recording any more music after the Rock 'n' Race album, or so we thought! In 1992 after a very successful run with their debut album the band would begin the creative process of writing, recording and developing new music for their sophomore release. Unfortunately for the metal community the band would ultimately go their separate ways before these tracks were ever finished and the history of Traxter would go silent for more than 30 years... until now! In 2024 the band would unexpectedly reunite and pick up right where they left off with those unfinished tracks. The result of this reunion is about to bear the fruit of the final EP from Traxter featuring six previously unreleased tracks in the form of a message Take Heed.Get ready as we prepare to bring you the final chapter in the saga of TRAXTER.
