It all begins in the vineyard and Treveri Cellars has a network of certified organic vineyards growing fruit. The family behind Treveri Cellars has a general commitment to being eco-friendly and that is also evident in the type of glass this bottle which is lighter than a traditonal sparkling wine bottle. The finished Blanc de Blancs Brut is brilliant in the glass and offers aromas of green apple and lemon citrus. Its crisp and dry finish consists of brioche, honeysuckle, and yellow apple flavors. Pair this with light appetizers or fresh seafood and shellfish. Fresh juices mix well for fun brunch beverages too!
