Poor Customer Experience
You gave me short dated chocolate milk expiring next day. When I called to say I could come back to curbside and requested an exchange your manager told me no. She stated I would need to come inside the store. First of all, she didn’t apologize for the date issue, and clearly I do curbside for a reason as I cannot come inside due to a disability. When she answered the phone, she said hello rather than “hello, this is so-and-so how can I help you”? Not once an apology, and not once to find a solution. She said she would refund the item which is still not refunded. This is not how you treat your long time customers who also use your credit card. I want a resolution with a refund.
