Very simple to assemble. Allen key included (it does strip out before over tightening i ended up using my own and was fine). MDF top looks very nice, smooth and a quality wood like pattern. These are very lightweight, sturdy but its not steel sturdy, its likely aluminum or similar frame. My youngest likes to slide this over her lap on the couch and use as a table, works great. Only downside is the cost, for a bit more from a furniture store id get a heavier table, but i do understand cheaper ones are much lower quality than this. I ordered two of these, one for each side of my couch. The height works great for me and the room looks refreshed.

Great Little Piece of Furniture!
This table was super easy to assemble and very sturdy. The size was PERFECT for a little nook we have in our office for waiting clients. The only drawback is that ONE of the many screw holes was stripped so it isn't possible to tighten the screw. But, with the support of the others, you can't even tell.

what I like! general good quality and sturdy. fairly easy to assemble--just follow the instructions! what I didn't like: because of the second bar, the table does not side as far under my chair as I would like. too small for my use, will only fit my laptop and nothing else. wood on top looks synthetic. in general, this table just didn't work for my space and intended use--I will be returning it. but if you're looking for a small table of pretty good quality and don't mind self assembling, you might like this one!
